Folio & Stone is an independent jewellery brand operating at folioandstone.co.uk, run as a sole trader business based in the UK.

Use of this website

By using folioandstone.co.uk you agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith. You agree not to:

•  Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems

•  Scrape, copy or reproduce any content from the site without our permission

•  Use the site in any way that could damage, disable or impair its functionality

•  Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose

We make every effort to keep folioandstone.co.uk accurate and up to date, but we can’t guarantee the site will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites — social media platforms, suppliers and so on. We’re not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Placing an order

By placing an order with Folio & Stone you confirm that:

•  You are at least 18 years old

•  The information you have provided is accurate and complete

•  You are authorised to use the payment method provided

Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and are the full price you pay. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery is via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked. We currently ship within the UK only. Folio & Stone cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail once an order has been dispatched.

Returns

We want you to love your Folio & Stone order. If something isn’t right, please email hello@folioandstone.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once worn. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the return.

Product descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and photography are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Stone variations are natural and each piece may differ slightly from images shown; this is part of the beauty of working with real semi-precious stones.

Intellectual property

All content on folioandstone.co.uk – including text, photography, brand identity and design – is owned by Folio & Stone and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Folio & Stone shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
