Delivery

UK delivery – £3.95, sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked.

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days – we're a small independent business and every order is packed with care. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey.

All orders arrive in our signature folio & stone packaging, carefully wrapped and ready to gift.

We're currently only shipping within the UK only, we hope to expand in the future!

Returns

We want you to love what arrives at your door. If something isn't quite right, drop us an email at hello@folioandstone.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to help.

A few things to bear in mind:

• Earrings can't be returned for hygiene reasons once worn — we hope you'll understand.

• Items need to come back in their original packaging and in the same condition they left us. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if that's not the case.

• Please send returns via a tracked service — we can't take responsibility for anything lost on its way back to us.

• Once your return arrives safely, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within a few days.
