Delivery

UK delivery – £3.99, sent via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked.

Europe delivery – £12.99, plus a handling fees covering import duties, sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.

USA delivery – £12, plus a handling fee covering import duties, sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days – we're a small independent business and every order is packed with care. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way, so you can follow its journey.

All orders arrive in our signature folio & stone packaging, carefully wrapped and ready to gift (or keep for yourself).

We're currently only shipping to the UK, Europe, and the USA. Other territories coming soon!

Delivering to Europe

We send every European order by Royal Mail International Tracked, and we pay all import VAT and customs duty before your parcel leaves us. So there's nothing to pay on delivery, and no surprise bill from your postal service.

Why it costs more

Since Brexit, every parcel sent from the UK to the EU is charged import VAT at your country's rate, plus a customs duty on each item. Many UK shops leave those charges for you to pay at the door, often with an extra handling fee on top. We'd rather be upfront, so our European delivery price covers postage, VAT and duty in one go. You'll see the full amount at checkout before you pay.

Returns

We want you to love what arrives at your door. If something isn't quite right, drop us an email at hello@folioandstone.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll do our best to help.

A few things to bear in mind:

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Please use a tracked service — we can't take responsibility for anything lost on its way back to us.

  • Earrings can't be returned for hygiene reasons once worn.

  • Items need to come back in their original packaging and in the same condition they left us. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if that's not the case.

  • Once your return arrives safely, we'll process your refund to your original payment method and you should receive it within a few days.
